E3 2019 Game Event: Noticeable focal points

Although Sony PlayStation is absent this year, the E3 2019 game event doesn’t lose its inherent appeal. This year, the event once again attracted the attention of many gamers around the world with news and trailers of upcoming titles from producers.

After 3 days of organization (14 – 16/6/2019) with a large number of participants, E3 – the world’s largest game event this year – was officially closed. For genuine gamers, this is an annual event that cannot be missed. This is also an opportunity for game publishers or accessory companies to introduce, display and promote important upcoming products. If you accidentally missed it, don’t worry too much. Let’s through the most prominent news published at the recent 2019 E3 game event right in the following article!

  1. Microsoft is “turning up” about the future of Xbox with Project Scarlett
This is the first year of “grandfather” Sony refused to attend the event after many years earlier. In addition, with Nintendo Direct’s previous recording tradition, Microsoft naturally became the focus of all attention. Accordingly, the next-generation Xbox is closer to us than ever. At this event, Microsoft officially announced Project Scarlett – successor to the previous Xbox version. Basically, this device will support 8K gaming capabilities, frame rates up to 120fps, ray-tracing technology and backward compatibility for the last three Xbox lives. Project Scarlett is expected to be released with Halo Infinite in 2020.
  2. Online streaming services will become the next development focus
In fact, the focus on developing streaming systems has been “flimsy” since the beginning of the year. With a series of “big guys” racing to optimize these technologies, a “Netflix for game” service probably won’t be far away. Based on the idea at the end of this year, single technologies such as Microsoft’s xCloud service, Bethesda’s cloud computing … will be released for the first time. This is a very promising promise for gamers worldwide.
  3. Part 2 of “Breath of The Wild” will be developed on the Switch system
This is a huge surprise for the Zelda fan community. In the past, Nintendo rarely did the sequel to Zelda titles. Not only that, the Japanese giant also has a trailer to introduce the next plot of Breath of The Wild to “bomb” the audience. However, currently, the game still has no official name as well as a lot of information around. Players may have to wait until 2020 or 2021 to enjoy this game.
  4. “Animal Crossing: New Horizons” was removed until 2020
Besides, Nintendo also brought some bad news at the E3 game event 2019. Animal Crossing: New Horizons – the first title of this series developed on the Switch system had to be delayed to March 20. / 2020. In return, this game publisher introduced the first trailer game for New Horizons. Similar to previous versions, this time you will also continue to play the role of “taking each other to escape” on the deserted island; start a new life. Familiar gameplay elements will remain and develop; for example, communicating with animals, building houses …
  5. Reveal the gameplay of Pokemon Sword & Shield
One of the big surprises at the 2019 E3 game event is that Nintendo revealed the gameplay for the upcoming Pokemon Sword & Shield. Unlike Pokemon Direct earlier, Nintendo focused on introducing the Wild Area area and Dynamax feature. In addition, the game also updated information on some new Pokemon, Max Raid Battle, Gym Leader … The game is expected to be released on November 15 this year.
