Square Enix has released a new trailer for Kingdom Hearts 3 showing off some battle gameplay to give a sense of how things will work in the game. It starts off with Sora, Donald, and Goofy fighting off some heartless in, what appears to be, Twilight Town. The following scene shows off a new special that acts a lot like those swinging pirate ship rides, and finally a fight against the rock golem from Hercules while the trio rides around on the “Big Magic Mountain Train”. Also Sora gets guns that shoot fire balls. Kingdom Hearts 3 is currently in development for PS4 and Xbox One with no release date.

A video has sprung up on Dailymotion that claims to be our first glimpse into the still unknown multiplayer aspect of Watch_Dogs. It’s been hinted at in multiple trailers that some form of invasive multiplayer will take place, and when we got our last look at gameplay at E3 we saw that using some kind of app (possibly only available on Smartglass enabled devices), a user can help the player by hacking street lights and other objects. What is strange though is that there are none of your usual denotations of a multiplayer aspect, no gamer tags or other identifiable marks on either player, and the movement of the other “player” could very well be just another type of AI. In the first segment we see that the player is getting hacked, and they must find and profile the hacker before it’s too late. Upon profiling the hacker, they are to give chase and kill them, however if they escape it still counts as a “Mission Success”. In the second half our player is doing the hacking, and it’s rather simple, hack your target, find a place to start downloading, and don’t get caught. The download process is slow, and the “player” being hacked can use camera’s to profile you, so you must be mindful of your surroundings while attempting this. No official word from Ubisoft yet on whether this is the actual multiplayer, or if this is just some random occurrence/mission that pops up in the world of Watch_Dogs. Watch_Dogs comes out on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U later this year.
EDIT: saw that the daily motion video was being wonky, switched to youtube.

And yes, I totally called it.
This is a bit of old news, but Super Giants Games showed off Transistor, a sci-fi-themed action RPG from the creators of Bastion. This game will be released for the Playstation 4 in 2014.
